Melissus of Samos was an Ancient Greek Philosopher who lived in the 5th century B.C.E. He followed the great Parmenides and Zeno of Elea as the last of the Eleactic custom. Generally, he conceded to his “academic ancestors”, but he strongly disagreed on the limited and timeless essence of reality.
